Communicator allows teachers to communicate/conference with one or more other teachers through Instant messaging, Audio calls and Video calls. Teachers can share files. There are many benefits in using Communicator in preference to normal phone calls, email or fax.

It will be worth creating a Moodle site for cluster. Moodle is an open source Course management system (or Learning management system or Virtual learning environment). This allows teachers to create courses, design learning tasks or activities, include digital resources, provide feedback to students and use such plug-ins and programs as one for student digital portfolios. Moodle allows students 24/7 access to courses, activities and resources, to upload their completed activities, receive feedback and marks.
